Hey Robertas, 1. Trade stocks that move, trade stocks that other traders are following. i.e. stocks with volume. 2. Once a stock is moving and u see one of ur setups, it is a potential trade. Thats how I do it.

Thks for this info. Trying to understand how to do Quick Alerts in DAS. This process sounds/seems incomplete, kinda like the quality assurance team did not review properly. DAS needs a visual alert also e.g. flash the chart, Will put in a request to DAS soon, any other mods/fix anyone whts to suggest for a quick alert function (complete in under 3 seconds) which I could include ?

Try the mobile phone version of Stream Deck to test and get a feel b4 u buy. Easy method or just use ur phone with the app from store.

Norm. Any dev on this. I also tried a couple of time since last August for ATR, FLOAT, SHRT FLT and ADV. Do u think we should just keep asking ? Not sure how to get a few DAS bugs tht I have found addressed quickly, Any advice anyone ? May just create one thread for ALL requests so everyone knows wht has been requested of DAS.

This always annoy me. But i am OCD. lol Fab, Thks for exposure to this ability. I need some help/guidance with this. I have two questions: 1. Need to create a new file everyday instead of "mylist.csv". File name would be WL_YYYYMMDD.csv (i.e. WL_20200419) so I have a history of my lists over time. Can u help with the script to format the file name based on the date ? Would use in the save/export and import function. 2. Add symbol to Mkt Viewer function - currently does not work. Using 7 monitors 7 = 1 + 2 x 3. The single monitor is top left then have 3 over 3. The function seems to look for 4 monitors, does it need to be coded differently for 7 monitors ? Ur thoughts and guidance would be appreciated .

I second this. DAS is excellent on Order/Transaction processing. They have an advantage here but everything else including charting is a major challenge. In the last release 5.5 they implemented order manipulation on the CHART....and RVOL display only. This is small progress as all other trading apps have these, but progress so I am thankful. Basic scanning and filtering in DAS is weak....made a number of request on this last year August...only RVOL display was implemented (ATR, FLOAT, ADV, SHT FLOAT, RVOL filtering still outstanding). Scanning on these values I see as basic requirements as taught by Mike from SMB Capital others. Quick alerts is also a prob. Mike from SMB and the other folks rely heavily on quick alerts. As a ex-software QA and dev manager, I sent a list of requests/bugs, u need to do the same. Unfortunately some traders may not be aware when something is a bug and how easy it is to fix. But folks if u need a feature u need to ask multiple times. U pay every month for the software. We should get a public thread here for DAS bugs and Request......so we all know wht is a bug and when it was submitted and when it will be implemented. Again remember we pay monthly. This may get blocked.

I have seen this feature on other trading apps as a bold bars on the quoted level. DAS does not have at this time. I will add to my request list to them as it would be helpful. If u request again it would be helpful to get attention again.

i had asked for an Elliott Wave intro in some other topic ,but we could expand on tht with a series of EW presentations. I think I even suggested a YouTuber (Hippo Cryto) tht currently does extremely good and detailed EW analysis of BTC (he only trades BTC) but his teachings apply to any chart, Multiple Time Frames. Yearly to 1 min. Position, swing and scalping. This would be good exposure to the community, I think.

Aurbano. A million thks. Used both FinViz and Chat room styles......perfecto. U saved an old mans eyes with the chat styles man its so sweet. Font is chat are perfect, colors r great,,layout with sliding top box is amazing man u too stylish. Going to use this tool more often

Elliott Wave theory, Intro, Inter and Advanced.....suggest invite Crypto Hippo Trading Channel, he does some in-depth analysis. Could be good expose on how to swing/position trade for community.

Got the Fibline to work but realize u cannot define the fib level percent, only color/style/width. The other BUG i notice is tht with MainMenu-> HotButton->Config->Command value gets truncated with a long script when u exit DAS. So u have type in command every time u start DAS. Works fine otherwise.

Kyle, Creating a HOTKEY for FibLine but want a BLANK line which I see in some drop down options but I need a "text" variable name to represent a BLANK. wht would u suggest ? Thks

Kyle, Can we get control of the color of the PRICE LEVEL associated with the horizontal line pls. So the price level is the same color as the line. Thks Did it manually but would be helpful to others who not comfortable with scripting language.

Kyle, this is awesome work again. Asked DAS for this but u have again blown it out of the water. On the Stream deck....EVERYONE has a STREAM DECK....your mobile phone is a STREAM DECK. (Elgato Stream Deck Mobile Apple & Android) Download app from store, 30-day free trial US$2+ per month after. Or try TOUCH Portal from app store (Iphone/Android) Can u do this for Fib Line Tool and Fib Ext tool also so I can create Hot keys for other color coded tools. I use Elliott waves and fibs are important in my analysis. Another issue that u maybe able to help with, DAS passed on it after many email exchanges. Its know as a VISIBILITY feature in other charting applications. Basically in DAS u have GLOBAL and LOCAL but I would like to define a chart object (say a trend line, fib )to only show on DAILY, %M and 1M. Lets bounce idea off each other if u have time via Skype/Zoom

Take a test run of beta DAS (download and install as DEMO/SIM) new feature located on page 10 Kyle blog/thread.....it has trading from the chart......leave some feedback what u like and dont like and the changes u want.

How many variable fields do u think u or any other developer may require ? i will ask for them if u have not....requested some edits to Line Styles hotkey.

2) Ok I understand ur position......an opportunity exist here for all to benefit legally. I will bounce ideas off DAS and get back to you and Andrew on actual opportunity. Did you know DAS has a new ORDER TYPE which allows true trading and dragging orders on the chart ? Its in BETA and be tested from this link http://www.dastrader.com/download/fixes/DEMO.5.4.5.3.exe Its under Chart Window hotkeys. This will allow exact profit target adjustments/dragging with RANGE orders etc. Take it for a spin, maybe u can update ur XL spread sheet when they release it officially. AM

1. Thks for testing and for the work around. In #3 u mean Order window not Montage ? Will try it. Maybe we can ask DAS to give us the variables/work areas you mention so we can do more manipulation. Not tht hard to add internal variables to the code. We should coordinate on edits/enhancements we want, and write a doc/specs for DAS, I am willing to do that. I recently gave them a list of 21 enhancements which they are working through. 2. API...u talked abt an API in your video. If this would empower you, let us review the idea with BBT/Andrew. BBT buys/gets the API gives to you.........members request edit/enhancements at a small charge which is split with BBT and you. If the enhancements is great BBT sells to DAS for larger split between u and BBT. Basically its an arrangement between BBT/Kyle/DAS/community members, all mutually benefiting. Would only work if u have time and interest. Something to think abt.

hey Kyle, Re-read the v2.0 and watched the videos a few days back. This weekend setting up SIM montage, computer issues last weekend. I have a few questions i need to bounce off u and some comments. 1. Move to BE fix...I saw this bug but was not sure if it was me not understanding.....thks man 2. Price target ... My targets are based on technical levels. I changed mine to add $1.00 for LONGS or subtract $1.00 for SHORTS as a target place holder, coz I was trying to have an addition Hot button to update/REPLACE that High or Low price based on a double click at technical target level. Have you played with REPLACE..ing a HIGHPRICE or a LOWPRICE ? I was unsuccessful and need ur input or thoughts. Do u think this is achievable ? Once price has moved in my direction I double click and use the following to move stop and set $1.00 price holder. ;CXL ALLSYMB;Route=Stop;StopType=Range;LowPrice=Price;HighPrice=AvgCost+1;Share=Pos;TIF=DAY+;SELL=Send; then I would like to REPLACE the HighPrice with a double click at technical S/R level. 3. Scale out 100%......I noticed in v1.46 if I enter 1st trade with a R% then add another R% as a 2nd trade, when I scale out 100% it only scales the first trade, i.e. 1 X R% when I actually had 2 x R% in the position. 4. In ur video u talk abt easier way to config horizontal lines.......I have requested a command line script from DAS so it easy to switch color/style of horizontal lines and fib lines and trend lines but maybe u can use ur connections also. More ppl requesting they with increase the priority hopefully. Thks AM

Look to the LEFT at the candle patterns......a low was broken....... at the low is a indecision candle which will offer resistance......notice on any chart past DOJIs offer resistance/support......will they hold ?....not known but its calculated risk....notice the breaking of past lows (esp on 15M) and if tht low is a DOJI style candle. Plus it breaks a DAILY level. Its a good starting point in addition to the comments above. A lot of confluence to be bearish. Processing all that info quickly on the fly is another skill or planning before the market opens is also a developed skill. Good question/observations.....we should analyze more of his trades like this......take a few images as he trade and post here. Very good question Jason.

I have recently requested that DAS place ATR and FLOAT in scanner and Mkt Viewer, at CEO level. This is one of 20 enhancements/fix I have requested since reviewing and testing the DAS platform. Some enhancements have already been done and released in the last update. Hoping to have more in the next update including ATR and FLOAT. We will see.
