No, RANGE is for the current DAY only. Market Viewer can display RVOL and RANGE. Also you can add RVOL to the montage, right click on VWAP and select RVOL under the drop down.

Just before entering a trade, mostly I look for good volume (not dying), price breaking up / down important levels with volume, clean price action, not choppy, looking for patterns / setups. I wait for pullbacks to moving averages / important levels to fine tune my entry, I look for a reasonable stop loss at a technical level and potential targets (for final target and partials) with good risk : reward.
