  1. Actually, I think it is better to run it in two different hotkeys: For Long positions you can use: 1) ROUTE=SMRTL;Share=BP*0.25;TIF=DAY+;Price=ASK+0.10;BUY=Send 2) ROUTE=STOP;StopType=Market;StopPrice=AvgCost-0.30;Share=Pos;TIF=DAY+;SELL=Send; In 1) you buy 25% of your buying power at market limit of 10 cents. In 2) you put a stop loss of your position at AvgCost-30 cent For Short positions you can use: 1) ROUTE=SMRTL;Share=BP*0.25;TIF=DAY+;Price=Bid-0.10;SELL=Send 2) ROUTE=STOP;StopType=Market;StopPrice=AvgCost+0.30;Share=Pos;TIF=DAY+;BUY=Send; In 1) you sell short 25% of your buying power at market limit minus 10 cents. In 2) you put a stop loss of your position at AvgCost+30 cent to cover if it hits your stop loss Test in simulator and see how it works.
  2. I am asked a lot how to buy and send an automatic STOP Loss order all in one hotkey. Try this: ROUTE=SMRTL;Share=BP*0.25;TIF=DAY+;Price=ASK+0.10;BUY=Send;ROUTE=STOP;StopType=Market;StopPrice=AvgCost-0.30;Share=Pos;TIF=DAY+;SELL=Send; What it does? It buys at 25% of your buying power, and then automatically send a stop loss order at AvgCost -30 cent. You can change it anyway you want!
  3. Yes I think it could be also a Fallen Angle. IT did look like a nice ABCD pattern to me as well. Thanks for posting!
  4. What?! CNET is at $7?
  5. Just go smaller and give it a bit more room. Today I went 4000 shares on KODK, and I lost 5 cent on spread, so I was immideatly down -$200 unrealized , but it did worth it because I made over 2000 on it. If you have smaller $, then go smaller size. But I agree, 5 cent on a stock that is less than $5 is really big.
  6. This is also a blog post here/ https://www.bearbulltraders.com/curios-case-kodak-blockchain-cryptocurrency-coin/
  7. I grew up with Kodak. My childhood was full of buying Kodak films, taking pictures and then taking them for processing and printing. Fun times! Kodak actually a giant company, being listed in the Dow Jones Industrial Average for over 74 years until its business started to decline in 2000s where smartphone cameras started replacing digital camera and old photography. Not many people have seen Kodak products or even talked about it since. Today, however, they announced their own cryptocurrency called Kodak Coin. Its stock spiked more than 100% on that news alone. But, how did I trade it? It did hit my scanner around 2 pm and was being traded heavily at around $6. I quickly checked the daily chart and identified two levels: 6.68 a daily level, and $7.62 the 200 Simple Moving Average (SMA). I marked them on my chart. If you want to know how I find these levels, watch CLASS 2! I had no idea if price would respect these levels or not, but I had to have some levels on my chart as potential profit taking targets. I would not trade stocks where I do not have ant levels nearby to based my trade on them. As you see I did 4 trades on it, and made a really good money. See my trades both in 5 min and 1 min chart below. It is always good to be back trading in the afternoon! This post is dedicated to my childhood friend KODAK!
  8. I have been working on my Fallen Angel Strategy for a while, and eventually I made enough examples to present it in the course. Today we had it again, it was the perfect sitation 1. MYSZ: an Angel: low float stock with strong volume gapped up 2. sold off at the Open but held a level below VWAP at around $2.40. 3. On the way up, strong volume was the key for me to get in 4,000 shares to go above high of the day and high of pre-market.
  9. Wait am I that funny in trading? :)
  10. Excellent, can you give a quick review on what you learned from Carter's book? Do not worry about it if it is too much work.
  11. Excellent Robby! Would you like to be a Moderator and maybe create those?
