Hello! I am new to this group and moved to Denver not too long ago for work back in October. Originally from Michigan and grew up in Indiana. It would be nice to get out to the mountains and meet up with some fellow traders. I am very new to this but have always been intrigued and made some money along the way in the past. I would like to 'retire' within 15 years, possibly 10, and do much more traveling. I have been to about 35-40 countries but have so many more to go. This is the perfect place to perfect my trading to stay on track while working a full time job. I listen to the podcasts, youtube videos and have read the books but feel like i have SO much more to learn. This is a great community.

Hi all I will be in the Toronto area over the coming weekend. Peter has said he may also be able to attend. If there are BBT members that would like to have a get together please let me know. Sunday late afternoon or early evening works well for me. I am not that familiar with venues in Toronto so I am open to suggestions from locals.

Hi folks, here is a copy of the playbook template I discussed in the Feb 14 recap. The file is obviously a sample meant for each individual trader to complete with their own strategies, patterns, and setups. https://drive.google.com/a/bearbulltraders.com/file/d/1bmu3XzT_KtzTfya2Fo7Uqc7DZG_N7q-B/view?usp=sharing Please download a local copy as .xlsx

Hi Brian, I live in downtown core. I have some places in mind. Let me know if you want me to book a reservation(usually most of the restaurants are fully booked these days): 1. Casa Mezcal: 291 King Street West The owner knows me as I am a regular customer. You will get VIP service here. Not many choices for beer on tap but they have good Cocktails and delicious tacos and Mexican Sushi! I can arrange for some good choices of Toronto craft beers. 2. King Taps: 100 King Street West. This is near exchange tower. Mostly American food. This was a place where young Corprate employees and some traders used to spend their lunch time before Covid 19. 3. Amesterdam brewery: 245 Queens Quay West You will have the view of lake Ontario. Food is typical bar food. They make their own Brisket at times. Let me know if you want reservation at any of these places. My phone number is: (647) 5694060 Feel free to contact me anytime, Amir

Your hit rate with the orbs is great! Why not try a day where you go all or nothing 2 to 1? Delete your partial button, let me see those 2R ORBS!!!

Welcome to the family. Colorado is beautiful, I have worked several summers in Loveland, CO. Taken my Jeep on several trails in that area. I love all of the western mountain states, currently working in South Dakota and Wyoming. Good luck with your journey here, and don't be afraid to ask any questions you might have. I also encourage you to attend the trade review sessions in the classroom on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Aiman is a technical genius and does a great job pointing out good and bad aspects of member trades.

Thursday -0.68R, 3/7 2:1? 3/3 4:1? 1/3 MU.1 1MinOrbDown +0.35R 2:1? YES 4:1? NO MU.2 BODown@Level -1.2R MU.3 BODown@Level +1.5R 2:1? YES 4:1? YES NVAX 1MinOrbUp +1.1R 2:1? YES 4:1? NO NKLA 5MinOrbUp -1.0R I prefer to enter on the pullback of a 5MinOrb and closer to VWAP. Had I entered better I would have survived the pullbacks, this thing ran up $3 before lunch CSCO 5MinOrbDown -0.95R Looked good for 5MinOrbDown with ABCD on 1Min, just didn't work out DIS BOUP@Level -0.5R HOD break and PCL break, barely got stopped out before the move. Still didn't wait for 2:1 on any of my trades. All 3 winners would have made 2:1.

Hi all, My name is Parisa. I am 32 years old and live in Los Angeles, California. I am married to my husband of 3 years and we have a 2 year old daughter. My journey in day trading started in the summer of last year when I was looking for ways to make supplemental income. My husband is a full-time student so I am the sole breadwinner of my family. I have a 9-6 job as an Accounting Manager for an Entertainment company. I came across Andrew's book and purchased the audio version. I've listened to it a few times and also have a physical copy. I joined BBT in March of this year and became a lifetime member shortly after. I am currently trading low-key while I build my skill and confidence. I primarily trade the open before work and my main strategy is the 1-2 min ORB. I also like to trade extreme reversals if I can catch them before work. My goal is to day trade for a living so I can have more time to spend with my family. I am very thankful to be a part of this community and to be learning from you all. Parisa

Yes, waiting for the new 15-min low means a later entry. However, I've found that the 15-min low confirmation increases the probability that the reversal occurs. If you go in too early on a new 5-min low, often it can squeeze you (ETSY did this yesterday and almost hit HOD before dropping). With experience, you will get better at gauging when it is ok to jump the gun. Your MU trade was great. It bounced off the MA and then hit the VWAP at noon. Really strong stocks will often find support off the MA's during their descent. JD basically bounced off the VWAP. As with any chart, MA's and levels are areas +/-0.05-0.10 and not exact points. I use limit orders a few cents away from targets to increase the likelihood of getting filled. AAPL made a nasty pullback and new 15-min high before losing VWAP. This kind of move is typical; it's like a giant, slow-moving reverse ABCD. For the reversal strategy, you need to use loose enough stops and give the play time to work out. This may not suit a lot of trader's styles or personalities. It took me awhile to improve my patience and learn to trust the charts. Cheers.
