    Everybody i suppose trys a thing, but are guided by the Pre-Market show at 830am EST.  Suggest you watch in the morning and get familiar with the process. 

    DAS scanners are not great but u can find some things with them.  BBT room generally start with GAPPERS list plus a few regular ones which the mods / room members have history with.

    U could try www.finviz.com also.

     Yeah ...But I had to go wireless for this reason, cuz I have OCD, neat / organized freak.  Has not been too bad,  Charge mouse and keyboard every 3 mths.  I never turn them off.  No major disconnects / reconnects within 2 - 3 seconds, keyboard lights flash to notify.  Have not tried to trouble shoot yet since I am using Logitech Unified receiver.

    Have you had bad experiences with wireless devices?

    In addition to the great info by Abeil  i also suggest the following link/video which teaches the mechanism of Bid/Offer L2 and T&S.

    it is taught using Bookmap but can easily be translated into DAS once u understand the mechanics of how/why price moves.

    Help out ALL traders make a request to DAS to display in Mkt Viewer and the Scanners. so they are searchable and can be sorted.

    The more u ask the higher chance it will happen. U paying for the software every month.

    The company is pretty solid at this time. Cannot see into future.  Regulated and has its origins from couple decades years back. Mastercard card issuer so has tht check box ticked.

     

    Andrew opened an acct with them recently.

     

    I currently have acct with them BUT am disputing some actions by staff.  This may be ur main prob depending on the day of the week. Staff service ! But I went to the top executive management to resolve.

     

    I will update here Monday / Tuesday if issues resolved.

    1.  Candle pattern at a Support/Resistance Level to trade from

    2. L2 liquidity pool supporting S/R level

    3. Completed Elliot Wave pattern, therefore start of a new pattern

    4. Minimal levels in my path

    5. S/R Level to hide my stop see #1.

    6. Risk:Reward greater than 1:4

    7. Liquidity pool at my target 

    8. Large cup of black coffee beside me, 

     

    Cross my fingers and toes and pray to trading gods....lol

The plan has always included a selection of charts that can be modified by selected date ranges and filtered by strategies and tags.  TradeVue does that nicely with a fairly clean interface. I will release to PyPi a new version when the first set of charts are included in the statistics module. 

     

    So ur saying tht TraderVue is better than EdgeWonk at the moment ? Just confirming......

    Very True.  I have seen this feature b4 (test stock) , Ross did use in what I assumed was live to test hotkeys. He may have been using the Sterling platform which  is his preferred platform.

    I have seen Ross use a stock call ZZZT as a fake/test symbol or something like tht.  Not sure if its unique to his platform (Sterling) or its a universal norm.

    Contact DAS support/chat they respond very fast.

    If u delete the file, GlobalTrendLines file, DAS will recreate new one when starting up (with a small notice) so the corruption, if tht is true would go away.  DAS SOP is to ask trader to reinstall with latest.

    I did this initially but then i use it so much, horizontal lines and trend lines, I cannot afford to delete mine again.

    tht version number u mentioned above is correct ? 

    U can install in NEW directory BUT be careful as the desktop icon/shortcut will be pointing to latest installed version.

    Honestly, its hard to debug problems tht cannot be consistently replicated. That was the main reason I have not submitted my version of problem to DAS and just did my work around.

    If y can capture an example on screen capture tht would help them investigate issue.

    I will probably mention to them in passing (with my other batch of bugs/fixes/enhancements/dreams), but without any evidence I doubt they would look at it.

    Wow, i had/have this exact same problem.   I thought it was in my head. LOL

    My solution:  Every time I shutdown DAS I have to shutdown/restart my computer. 

    It seems to be a memory problem. They not managing memory properly.  U will notice tht horizontal lines are also jumping around ur charts then settle back to its correct location.  If u delete tht file u lose ur trend lines and horizontal lines.

    So in summary restart ur computer each morning.  I will submit this to DAS coz it does annoy me, but the work around is to restart computer. DAS Charting Module is buggy.

    Pls do. As a ex-developer I am going to setup a thread where ALL DAS edits can be discussed and conceptualized b4 being sent to DAS Support.  We have some very good resources in this community, crack/sharp developers.

    Look forward to ur contribution. instructions.  All contributions to improve/enhance DAS or any other software are welcomed.  We pay every month for the software, and we need to reduce the stress of trading with easy tools.

    Look out for the thread in next couple of days.
