There is pretty chill spot just down the street from the Westin called The Dogwood Rock Rose. There are several breweries nearby as well, Austin Beerworks, Celis and 4th Tap being a few of my favorites.

Punch Bowl social is in the domain, you can book event space through them. Top Golf is right there as well and has event space.
