2 points10-23-19 0800 AIS... SSS and a Coffee.... Exercise and meditation.... PAT: Share Size..... Manage Trade.... Notes: Increase Full Size to 2/5 my normal SIM for A and A+ setups..... I will get some other work done around 1030 to 1200 as this seems to be my worst part of the day AMD PB#1.....A setup..... took full size.... first in for 5min ORB with a mini ABCD on 1min... took 50% off at 1R added back in on a 10min ORB with a clear ABCD on 1 and 2min... took 25% each at 1R and 2R from new Avg. Cost and all out at 1R and large orders on the BID along with the tape falling off and this is my Reason2Exit...... +32.70 MU PB#3........ A setup.... Extended is the Reason it was not an A+....... took a little more than full share size (feeling very positive)..... Several bounces off the 9ema on the 2min with a min ABCD.... in a clear uptrend after the W double bottom on the 5min..... R/R was a little under 2/1 .... Managed the trade kinda bad, I set a range order for my R/R full the full amount but I should have just sent an order for 50% then managed it from there..... Or this may teach me something..... +72.00 second trade PB#3..... This is at best a B setup and I should not have gotten in it....... and I took full size ....... Took 3/4 off to reduce my risk down to 1/4 size..... took 1/3 off at 2R..... and moved stop to BE ...... Got stopped out.... +7.69 Took a 3 trades that after I got in them I realized I was in a B setup or worse and got stopped out of them.... I need to Remember I am not in SIM and I do not want to practice right now.... Only PB setups and only A or better.... -38.12 Cons: Taking sub par trades...... Pros: Found my patterns and style of trades I like Favorite Trade: AMD PB#1 5 and 10min ORB Notes: DO NOT TAKE SUB PAR TRADES..... Keep my stop / R at 20.00.... P&L: +74.27

2 pointsTuesday 10/22/2019 I had a well-being score of 6.5/10 this morning. Feel surprisingly OK for having only 4 hours of sleep Took 3 live trades this morning was with NVDA, MCD and HAS. I liked a lot of stocks in the premarket. I chose AAPL, BABA, NVDA, ROKU, MCD and HAS. HAS was on my main screen, but NVDA set up first. NVDA had gapped up ~1.5% in PM and has strong opening volume. It created a small hammer and went through the MAs. I went long when it broke the HOPM and got a good fill. My target was quite far away at the 202.74 daily level and my stop at the 200MA-1min. the R/R was really large. Then I made a hot key mistake. I meant to press my hot key to set a limit order at 1.5R instead I instantly sold 50% shares at 0.7R. So even though it reached my target I only made 2R. But after that kind of hot key mistake I am really happy squeezing 2R out of it. My next trade was early 5min ORB on MCD. The price created a mini ABCD below VWAP. I was waiting for the new 1min low to go short, than I heard Andrew say he was going short. I usually don’t do well on stocks that Andrew and myself are in the same trade. I did hesitate a second then went short with half share size. Though my target was $200 there were some really strong levels to pull the price down (LOTD and the 201.20 daily level). My stop was the high of the previous candle. As soon as I took the trade T/S screeched to a halt. I got all out before my stop. I do like I bailed on the trade before Andrew announced that he did. I really liked HAS for a 15min ORB. HAS created a small 15min candle that was just breaking through VWAP. The 5min chart looked great with three bullish candles HH/HL. Volume was solid so I went long (half shares) when the price broke a PM level I had marked. I thought the 103.82 daily level above it was weak so my target was the $105 level with the 103.07 level as my stop. To my surprise the price did bounce hard from the 103.82 level and I was quickly stopped out. Investigating after the trade to double check if that daily level was stronger than I thought I noticed my chart was set wrong. It was set for 2 days data not one so the 200MA was in the wrong place. Actually, the price bounced from the 200MA. I wouldn’t have taken the trade at that time if I saw that. The chart I used for the trade (2 days of data). See below for the correct chart. Compared to the chart I should have used which showed the strong resistance obvious. Score cards (live trades). NVDA MCD HAS 87% 93% 91% What I did good today: Lots of good learning today. I traded a 1min, 5min and 15min ORB live today. What I am grateful from today? 33% win rate. A big hotkey mistake and another chart mistake, that both went against me. So I am really grateful I am still up +1.4R for the day. What do I need to improve on: Watch the chart settings. It looks so obvious now that my chart Y scale was off, but I didn’t notice during trading.

1 pointOctober 23, 2019 I guess my focus has just not been here this week. Got scared out by Andrew today. I had $BSX on my watchlist and as I was getting ready to enter the trade, all of a sudden Andrew starts calling it for a long as I was looking at it for a short. I hesitated and by the time I confirmed that it was the right setup, the move already happened. After that I decided to start trading Thor’s triangle over the top of my moving average crossovers. Today was 2 for 4, but should have been 3 for 4 if I had not exited $CAT in the afternoon early. Looking forward to tomorrow and what it brings. I hoping to get a live trade in tomorrow. 1 pointWednesday 10/23/2019 I had a well-being score of 6/10 this morning. I took 1 live trade this morning was with AAPL. TXN gapped down and took the rest of the semi’s down with it. So they were my focus. TXN was on my primary chart at the open and side charts were: AAPL, BABA, MU, NVDA and ROKU. TXN open with no direction. I quickly noticed AAPL had lots of volume without any large blocks. I also liked it was bullish going into the open. The price moved up slowly and broke the 242.20 level than the price sat on a spot for several seconds with T/S really moving. It felt like it was a coiled up spring. Then I saw some reasonably large asks in L2 and I went long. Since we are at an all time high I didn’t really have a target but I had a tight stop using the 242.20 level. The price immediately moved a few cents buying up the asks then sat again. I placed a limit order at 1.5R (50% shares) and tried to sit on my hands. About 45 seconds later it filled my limit order. Then a minute after that I was stopped out at B/E. AAPL’s L2 entry signal: I switch to SIM right after the AAPL trade since I really wanted to take a trade with TXN but was really nervous trading it live, even with small share size. So I switched to SIM early today and took a losing trade with TXN (-1R). Then I took two more SIM trades, both winning, to finish my SIM trading positive. (+0.8R). Score cards (live trade). AAPL 94% What I did good today: I liked I caught the L2 signal today on AAPL. What I am grateful from today? I am grateful I switch to SIM early and locked in my live gains (+0.7R). What do I need to improve on: I was happy with my trading today.

1 point23/10/19 Really awful day i went absolutely mental, feeling really overwhelmed by the emotions of it all to be honest and now feeling pretty miserable. i know i can take the right trades but my brain is telling me to be an idiot and take things that arent in my A+ setups... Trade 1: tried to take an engulfing on TXN after a pullback after a big red high volume candle but stopped out. Trade 2: BSX looked like it lost VWAP after a retest so i went short but was paying too much attention to the level 2 and making stuff up in my head without proper indicators and thought there was a big buyer at 40.23 so got out and then went long on overtrading and inevitably stopped out. Trade 4: went long for a break of a pendant, when it doesnt immediately break i tend to get out quickly, however i didnt cancel my stop order so when it broke the other way i got into the reverse trade and didnt realise for a while and ended up stopping out of that. didnt take this trade as i wasnt watching but this is the kind of thing i should be waiting for and paying attention to. nice pendant formed, 3+ touches to the top, broke the bottom with very increased volume, that would be my perfect entry and just lost it instantly moving about 4-5 Rs.

1 point21.Oct.19 Green day. +4R. Today I had a better day. I am going to keep this journal short, as I am travelling. I may not be able to trade the next couple of days. Watchlist: $AAPL, $AMD, $HAL, $YNDX. Last earning season, I did not trade well, partially due to having so many stocks on the watchlist and not watching one particular stock. This time, I made sure, I finalize only 3-4 on the watchlist and observe one at the open. Trade1: $AAPL. $AAPL gapped up and at ATH. $SPY also gapped up, I had a key level at 238.2. Trade 2: $MU. $MU also gapped up. Had a nice entry at 10.05, that I missed. Later took a long at 20MA (1min) final partial at HOD (also 200MA on 15min and 30min). My trade of the day (due to my poor add in AAPL). Trade 3: $MU. I also took a reversal on $MU after trade 2 that worked well (under huge resistence in mutiple timeframes). Trade 4: $INFY. Took a scalp on $INFY once it bounced off VWAP at 12 Noon. Good: Whatever setups I took in Real and SIM worked out perfectly (including $AMTD Earnings Play). I was calm and patient today. I am still listening to relaxing music at the open. Improvement: couple of them in $AAPL trade. Will try to improve on them.

1 pointOctober 17 & 18, 2019 Pretty uneventful the last two days. Just have not had the right stocks on the watch list at the open. It seems the ones that get my setup are the more expensive ones and the cheaper ones do not setup right. I am looking forward to next week and should have a good trading week. Looking to put my afternoon strategy back into play as I have been working the entry and it seems to be working out more times than not.
