DAS Trader Buying Power in SIM

Beginner trader here from Canada. Could anyone explain why DAS won't let me buy with full Buying Power in Simulation account? I want to start trading with 1000$ and have that set up in my account info. But when I try to place an order lets say 50 LUNR at 10.1$ I get the following message - 

Send_Rej Buy Stop 50 LUNR 10.1 --SMAT--13:21:29--Not enough buying power![IBCO]

Sim account values are as follows-

InitEquity=1000, BP = 946.92, Overnight BP = -26.54
