DAS Futures Continuous Contract not Adjusted to the following rolling contract

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Does anyone know why DAS does not have the Futures Continuous Contract adjusted to the rolling contract of the next quarter after porevious quarter is finished? or this is a temporary glitch?

Chat support said that basically this is how it is and maybe they will take it into consideration for future updates. (I'm thinking what's the point of paying for the futures sub in this case)

Example: #NQ is the Continuous Contract and when you compare it to the #NQU3 current rolling quarter contract (Sept Expiration, this quarter now as we are in June already) some levels don't match up (which is normal but there is no option to see the adjusted #NQ) - see pictures attached, comparison to Trading View #NQ Continuous Contract Adjusted - so using DAS #NQ in this case is useless.

If you are to use ONLY Current Rolling Contract #NQU3 you cannot see the past/ historical data from year before or years back, which makes it useless for setting your levels based on historical data.

So basically useless in both cases, unless there is a temporary issue (a month already though) or there is another way to see the chart of #NQ adjusted Continuous contract.

Anyone know how to overcome this or how this "issue" can get to DAS developers so it's being actioned? and not just sitting under the rug?

Cheers!

Lucian
