Having issues with hotkeys today

Hi all, I've had the following RR hotkeys for long and short that have been working and today I'm getting a Error:Can't get valid price. I re confirmed double click on chart is enabled. Broker is TDA

Long:

Thanks for the response peter. Apparently my account was temporarily closed thus orders were not executing. DAS was help to resolve the issue. Thank you
