Hotkey Question: Range Orders

Hi folks!

Would anyone be kind enough to share hot keys that do the following tasks?

• A hotkey that sends out an limit sell order .50 cents above the average price when you are long already
• A hotkey that sends out an limit buy order .50 cents below the average price when you are short already

 

• When in a long position already, a hotkey that sends out a one-cancels-the-other (OCO) order or a range order that automatically places a stop .10 cents below the average price and sends a .50 limit sell order above the average price or the ask
• When in a short position already, a hotkey that sends out a one-cancels-the-other (OCO) order or a range order that automatically places a stop .10 cents above the average price and sends a .50 limit buy order below the average price or the bid
