DAS hotkey can't use Ctrl-F1

I'm using a DAS demo, and I can map a hotkey for Ctrl-F2 through Ctrl-F12, but it won't print anything in the Hotkey definition window when I try "Ctrl-F1".  I also have Lightspeed Trader using Ctrl-F1 as a hotkey, so I'm pretty sure it's not a windows 10 issue.

Any ideas?
