DAS Hotkey window not displaying correctly

I got some more monitors so I went to duplicate my windows in DAS and saw that the best way to do this was to create a Hotkey. I went to do this but my Hotkey window looks really screwed up. I downloaded Andrews DAS configuration so I think this may be associated with how it was set up originally. I am up-to-date (5.5.2.1) with DAS but the Hotkey window is corrupted or something - see picture. No matter how I expand the window I cannot see the table or make any edits. Any tips to fix this would be much appreciated.

Thanks Abiel, this fixed the issue! I had to choose "Application" in the drop-down mentioned in the article. Woot!
