How to have Replay with IB

I am trying to access the replay function On DAS trader pro. My broker is IB.

It doesn't seem to be working for me... does anyone have an idea why it wouldnt?

If you are paying for the Market Replay feature you will see in DAS > File > Data Stream Mode
