No Price action and volume in Replay mode

Hello team,

I bought the BBT simulator ,and I practiced on REPLAY mode , but after one day it didn't show any price action or volume specially when I changed the time from 4:30 am to 9:30 Am .  Has anyone encountered such a problem? Any solution would be appreciated.

Make sure you select the same ticker loaded in your replay mode in your montage, so the price action is shown in the chart.
