akmad 0 Posted October 23, 2019 When using the hot key buttons Buy X Shares & Sell 100% I noticed that my fills are really above both in the bid/ask sizes when I am buying and selling. My understanding was that If i use the buy x shares I get in at the ask +.10 Cents and when I hit sell 100% i sell at the bid -10cents but what I find is that I dont get in and out anywhere near those levels. So for example if a stock's ask is at 1.68 and I click buy x shares i will be filled as high as 1.84 at times and when I click sell 100% and the bid is at 1.68 I might exit at the 1.53 mark. Please help I want to understand better and if I should only limit order in and out without the use of hotkey buttons. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
