I read One Good Trade by Mike Bellafiore and in it he mentions that they record their trades so that they can go back and review them after. That sounded like a cool idea so I started looking into how I could do that myself. I found a way to do it for free which was a plus and thought I'd share it with the community to hopefully helps others as well if they want to do it. Basically what I do now is I record my screens while I'm trading and then I go back after and watch what happened during my trade when I'm doing my journal and/or also on the weekends for review. This lets me see what I did right/wrong, see stuff I might have missed, see where I could've added to my position, or scaled out better, etc. Essentially I'm able to go back and review my trade and see exactly what happened in real time. Kind of like a like a professional athlete watching game film haha. Like I said, everything I'm using is free so it won't cost you anything if you want to do it as well. The software I use to record the screen is OBS (free), which I'm sure most of the people that have been in this group for a while have heard of by now. The problem that I then had though was that I have 6 screens, but I could only get OBS to record my main screen. The solution that I found was that you then need to download a plugin for it called Advanced Scene Switcher (also free). I'll include a link for it below. Once you get that setup it records whichever screen that your mouse is in. I only take one trade at a time so for me I just keep my mouse in that screen while I'm in a trade. If I then go to trade from a montage/setup in a different screen it automatically switches the recording to that screen as long as my mouse is in that screen. Obviously wouldn't be ideal if you were trading multiple positions on different screens, but for me with my one trade at a time it works. I found a video that helps explain how to set up each screen for the Advanced Scene Switcher that I'll also include below. So I start the recording at the open and then stop the recording when I'm done for the day which makes it one long video. I then use Avidemux for the video editing (again, free). Its a pretty basic video editing software so I'm sure there's better stuff out there, but I just use it to edit the video down to each individual trade and save each trade as a separate video so I don't need anything special. That way when I'm doing my journal, or on the weekends, etc, I can find/review a particular trade as opposed to going through a long video of all my trades for the day. Anyways, I hope this helps some people if they were curious about doing something like this. If you have any questions or need any help feel free to ask. I made a small application to review my trades and make some statistics about the results of each strategy. I wrote it because I needed some tools to speed up my journaling and to help me reviewing my trades and didn’t find something out there that was exactly personalizable for my style of trading and my way of journaling... Thought that sharing it with you guys would be a way to give back some of the great help that I received from this community! Features The application imports automatically from the DAS logs your trades and displays: The results for each trade and trading day All the entries and exits If you use hard stops based on trigger orders, the risk of the order/trade The risk/reward of the trade, based on the S.L. orders or on a fixed $ amount You can create trading strategies and associate to each trade additional information: The strategy used Whether the setup was valid or not according to the strategy, and if your execution of the strategy was good The theoretical maximum target that could be reached -> based on that the app calculates the maximum result of the trade if you closed your whole position at the max target If the trade is a “playbook trade”, i.e. if you want to add it to the list of your “ideal” trades for this particular strategy You can associate custom tags to the trade You can choose to exclude the trade from the calculations of the daily results and of the statistics You can attach a screenshot from the clipboard, or import it from a file You can add quick comments as well as a detailed review of the trade Based on that, the tool calculates some statistics: Number of trades and global result of the trades in each strategy Number of winners/loosers, percent winners/loosers and average winner/looser in the strategy Average result and average max result of the trades in the strategy Average risk/reward and max risk/reward of the trades in the strategy You can filter the trades for which you want the statistics: Start date/end date Time of day Strategy Direction (long/short) Whether the setup is valid, and whether the execution was good You can select the playbook trades only You can filter the trades by tags You can select only the winner or the looser trades You can filter by trading account You can visualise the equity curve of your trades: You can filter the trades used to calculate the equity curve The equity curve is synchronized with the statistics Screenshots Download Setup: Download and run the installer inside the zip. Once installed, just select the DAS Trader directory and the application will automatically start loading your trades. If you already installed a previous version of the program, the installer will automatically import all your data. In any case you can transfer/backup your data through the Import/Export functions from the File menu. Download link: TradeReview 1.3.1 Setup New in 1.3.0: Equity curve visualization, synchronized with the filters of the Statistics tab Possibility to edit the trade details directly from the table + added context menu for trade exclusion/details Joined the Trades and Analysis tabs (can be reverted through settings) Possibility to filter the trades also by long/short direction Possibility to add some brief comments about the trading day Possibility to import the last DAS screenshot Possibility to visualize more fields in the trades tables Bug fixing New in 1.3.1: Possibility to filter the trades by time of day Trades executed in replay mode are discarded Bug fixing

Ye I noticed I was doing the same, but the slide to adjust stops/targets in the chart area was too easy and I find myself sliding it and selling to early, or sliding it out in "hoping" it comes back into the green, which is one of the worst things to do in my opinion. Haven't been able to attend due to work, however, this has changed for the time being - will definitely be there for the next couple of weeks. Thanks for letting me know!!

I uploaded a new version with some new features: You can import and export trades data and settings The tool calculates the Risk/Reward of the trades. You can choose between 3 methods to calculate the risk: Based on the sum of the risks associated to the S.L. orders in the trade Based on the maximum risk associated to the S.L. orders in the trade Based on a fixed $ amount You can associate tags to the trades, and use them to filter the trades in the statistics I made an installer You can download the new version from the main post.

3-916 to 3-20-20 What I did bad this week: Technical Errors: Wrong hotkey twice in one trade. Forgot to put a hard stop in place and the price dropped fast costing money. Trade management: Missed an add when I called for it. Missed a scalp when I knew I should have taken it. Jumped the gun and chased, one of each. Letting personal distractions get in the way of my trading costing money What I did good this week: Respected my in trade and daily stops. Did not over-trade. Took most trades on all of the days that I was calling out Only too PB#3 live Reading the tape well on focused days Adjusted in-trade trading plan for the current choppy market taking more partials and scalping more. Staying in control of my emotions for most of my trades Changes to be made this upcoming week: Work on my Trend Scalps as Scalps and not long term Trends Rules to stick by this upcoming Week: After I call it a day by either MAX Loss, Profit Target or what I am comfortable with, only use the rest of the day in SIM unless it is an A+ setup then only give back what is in my plan In-Trade and Daily Stops Do Not chase or revenge trade Live Only one loosing trade before 1100 Challenges for myself this upcoming Week: Only A or better setups at time of trade On mic trades only with my small group if available Take a planned break at 1100 or 1200 for other Bus. @ 0905 do some exercise and then meditate to calm myself Stay unbiased Notes: Rules are not to be broken, these will cost money every time My Challenges are almost as important as my Rules, Pay attention to them Goals and Rewards: +20Rs or more at end of the month to consider trading with more size in the future two months +1R for the week

No offense @Mike B, but like Kyle said in his webinar people should be getting the script directly from his spreadsheet. He mentioned two things: The syntax can be broken by re-pasting the script Most people wont even know how it works and that just creates more problems. How many shares is it? Is it dollar risk? Is it percentage equity risk? How do I change it? I've had 2 Skype calls and a long PM helping people with the hotkey because of this. How do you set SSR with CMEG? You go into the spreadsheet and click the drop down and change it to "short-SSR"
