Converting entire account from CAD to USD

Hi traders,

 

I've funded my IB account in CAD and set the base currency in USD. Since I'm also planning to have swing position (i.e. not only daytrade) and I'm trading only US stocks, I would prefer to have my funds in USD.

What's the best way to convert from CAD to USD with Interactive Brokers?
