Going Long not working !

Hi all

I was trying to go Long on GBT but i was getting an error saying that the price needs to be in 5 cents increments. I thought the restriction is when you go short not long!

Can someone explain what is T.SSR.S.5C means and how it limits entering long and short trades?

Also, if my buy hotkey is set at Ask+ 3cents, in order to enter the trade, do I have to manually set the price ?

T = Trading resumed
SSR = Short Sale Restriction
S = Shortable
5C = 5-cent tick program

Your hotkey needs to be at least +/- 0.05 to trade a 5-cent tick program (since bid/ask are in 0.05 increments).
