Need Help with my account

Hello, 

My name is Kevin Larizza, and I just recently signed up for an elite Monthly, but I believe I may have another account, as it shows on my account page that I not only have the Monthly Elite, but also have a paid annual, and I'm looking for somebody, anybody, to help me figure out which account, and which emails I need to use to access. I only need the 1 account, but believe I have 2, can SOMEBODY help?

[email protected], that should be my monthly elite, but not letting me sign in, and could have another account, my annual, that I may have a different email with, 

[email protected], or some variation of a gmail address.
