Null values

hi, after only the second day of setting up my desktop for option day trading and starting my free trial DAS trader account, all the values in the option chain, the market viewer and all the rest are null, indicating zeros everyone, and i cant understand why, if anyone can help figure out what is going and how to fix it please. here's a screenshot of the situation470903685_Screenshot2024-03-31000151.thumb.png.b786eb7b52d53a1a5c27a0928718133f.png
