Trading single shares instead of sim/paper trading

why not trade 1 share at a time when starting out and gradually increase share size so you never have to make the jump from sim to real? Seems like a decent way of being able to overcome the transition from paper trading to real trading.

The better thing to do after u leave SIM is to risk $7.00 max in your live acct until u can prove to urself that u are profitable for a week. Each week u are profitable increase ur risk by $3.00.

U may not cover ur costs initially, but u will not deplete ur account so fast.  It will give u time to deal with ALL the issues/pains of a new trader while protecting ur capital.
