Hotkeys in Dastrader Sim Replay

Hello,

I'm using the "standard" hotkey (included below) to purchase long and short positions in DAS simulator replaymode. However, when I place the trade, I only see the limit order execute but don't see my stop order. I also don't see it appear in the trigger orders window. Is there something different. Is something different about how orders execute in replay mode? Or is there an issue with my hotkey?
