New L2 Highlight Feature in DAS Trader

Hi , after I enabled new config window and go into the L2 config I can only see Layout and Style and Monitor Group 1 immediately below that. I dont see the Quotes Highlight section. Any idea what I need to enable to get that? Thank you!

I too did the steps described in the video.  Even after updating I do not see this option.
