CMEG commissions PROMO rate

I am using CMEG as my broker. the BBT website says the promo rate is" Discounted commission: 0.004 per share (minimum $0.5 per ticket) including all ECN routing and regulatory fees". when I emailed CMEG they told me that this applied to trades of 1000 shares and larger. Can anyone tell me if that is correct?

Hey Charles,

Could you figure out this issue and use the discounted rates? Does changing the "ROUTE" to "LIMIT" and "DAY+" to "DAY" solve the issue?
