Hello all you Bears, Bulls, and Ducks!  (for anyone who didn't attend . . . the duck is a reference to the equanimity mindset mindfulness seminar that happened recently here with Neda . . .  blew my freaking mind)

It seems that I have one new little nagging thing that I encounter in EXCEL almost everyday as I am constantly trying to update and create sheets for different things both trading and none trading related. There is a ton of experience flying around here so I figured I would start a thread for people to post their questions. I know that the google is a good source as well but in the interest of community sharing and the fact I love meeting and working with new people I'm hoping that this can be another great thread for likeminded minds to jive and share the love of all things spreadsheets!

To start things off:

Is there someone around who is familiar or can help me with some modifications to Bart's Total Trader Excel file located here Trading Template (bearbulltraders.com) ? I've been using it for a week or two now . . .  and the potential is huge, with no monthly fee! 🙂 

1) I would like help creating a simple graph that charts win % vs. strategy. I would also like to know why some of his formulas no longer work once I save his workbook with my own data inserted instead of his.

 2) The macro for linking trade screenshots to the trades does not seem to work for me . .  I've tried redirecting the script to the file locations as bart shows in his vid.

I really dig this file and would love to get it to a cleaned and updated for the 2020/21 calendar (right now its stuck back in 2018) year so people can pick it up and its ready to go from the start. I think its an absolutely brilliant tool he made.

P.S. - Anyone heard or seen Bart lately? He hasn't responded when I tried to message him.

Soooo what you're saying is that you don't know how to fix the macro or edit the charts either huh?     🙂

I'm just kidding Peter thanks for sure. I've been looking into tradersync and using services like tradervue, chartlog etc. and yes you absolutely get what you pay for. 

I like knowing how things work though and I also like dallying with excel . . . don't know why, it's the geek in me. Teach a man to fish type o thang.

@peterB  I hear what you're saying . . . But honestly this wasn't aimed to be a thread promoting / cheering total trader / journaling . . . my goal was just to have a forum for Excel in general with posts regarding questions/tips/ spreadsheet magic for people wanting to dabble with the functions and such.
