Still unable to use the DAS replay function

DAS is telling us that the replay function is available to everyone now, and free for the first month.

When I try to switch to replay, I get a message that I do not have permission. I watched the video on how to use it, but still can not get it to work.

Has anyone else been able to use it yet?

Yes, I had to contact support through their website and they will give you permission to use it. Remember to include your User ID in the form.

Thanks JD, I tried to open a live chat, but nobody home. I sent them a message. I usually record the open and my trades, but for some reason the recorder did not start this morning.
