Need help with Trade Idea "Formula Editor"

Hi Bear Bull Traders: 

I am trying to find my way around Trade Ideas and trying to build a filter/alert windows but I am struggling to understand and use the software but especially the Formula Editor functions. I have some ideas that I would like to test it out but I am struggling to implement because I am not yet knowledgeable enough about TI tools and capabilities. 

If any of you would be willing to partner and help out  building a new filter together, please let me know.
