  1. I did just go back through Kyle's last webinar again, and remembered that he put a link in there to sign up to help test these new scripts. I've now done that. I'm guessing that will get me a stop closer to getting my desired hotkey constructed & tested.
  2. Hello everyone. In Kyle's most recent "advanced DAS hotkeys part 2" webinar, he mentioned that the latest version of DAS will support being able to create a limit order for a first partial IN ADDITION TO the automatic creation of a market stop order. Does anyone have one of these set up & working yet? If so, can you post the script for how to do it?? Thanks!
  3. What’s your dark line in the chart area that shows volume @Pedro Pereira?
  4. I'm open to that. We could always chat briefly tomorrow morning and I can share notes from what we talk about today (though we can always do that right here after our chat shortly).

  6. I’m happy to host. I have a Pro Zoom account, so no real limitations. I’ll post the invite here shortly. I’ll fire it up at 4:05p Market time.
  7. @Alastair is right, in that the group I trade with all requested that the group remain small. I'm certainly game for starting a second group, and would be very happy to join once or twice a week. I'm really enjoying trading with my current group. We all trade in similar ways, and tend to watch similar stocks. We're also pretty similar in where we're at in our trading journey. It's also helpful to be trading together to share the many ups and downs of how our trades are going, share rules, thoughts, scanners, etc.. In all, a great experience, and creating an additional group would be a great idea, whether I'm in it or not!
  8. My observation has been lower RVOL on Friday…harder to rely on patterns. On Friday, watch those RVOLs! Working on one or more scanners to find the non-traditional moves. I trade with a few members of the community every morning via Zoom. It helps to have more eyes on the market, calling out patterns & strays (yes…I’m an Avengers fan!). More than one of us experienced little follow-though today. You have to be ready to re-enter when the move you’re expecting occurs, even if it takes a couple tries. Yes…three displays…one for Montage, one for watch charts, and one for scanners.
  9. I found there was very little follow-through in the market today. I ended up with three scratch trades out of five trades.
  10. Hello @tardi44! Thanks for the kind words! I just gave a go at posting my live trades today on TWTR. Hopefully I did it right... With my LONG-only open moves, and everything on my list gapped down this morning, I wasn't able to do any of them. Instead, I just caught two small pullbacks on PFE & WMT.
  11. I generally shy away from price action being a u-turn if it's on its 3rd or 4th change in direction as it breaks PCL. Keep a watch for cleaner ones that break PCL on their first change in direction very early in the day. Feel free to email me if you'd like to chat through this further!!
  12. I haven't evaluated this strategy for shorting. Nothing jumps out at me as an issue, but since I'm long only, I simply haven't done the research.
  13. Hey guys! It’s Earl. Feel free to email me directly and we can chat ([email protected]). I didn’t even realize this thread was here. I’ll look over these posts and reply very soon. Thanks
  14. I think that's it @peterB! It worked on a test trade with MU just a few minutes ago. I also tested out @Justin's SHORT version, and it worked as well. Thanks guys!
  15. Hello everyone! I'm a little late to this party. This post seems to address EXACTLY what I was looking for, but something's not quite working for me. NOTE: I should likely add I'm testing this hotkey out in Replay quote mode! I copied & pasted in the script provided by @peterB back on 2/20 (the "ROUTE=LIMIT" version). The 'CXL ALLSYMB' part works just fine, as does the liquidation of half my position (originally 600). However, it seems like the attempt to create a new STOP order is failing. Here's a snippet from the log in the order window. Note the "Error: Invalid Shares!" message. Once I get this, half my position is gone, but I no longer have a STOP: Error:Invalid Shares! Execute Shrt 300 NTNX 24.37 --SMAT--12:36:24-- Accept Shrt 300 NTNX 24.27 --SMAT--12:36:24-- Sent 1 cancel orders Canceled Shrt Stop 600 NTNX 23.54 --SMAT--12:36:24--Canceled Accept Shrt Stop 600 NTNX 23.54 --SMAT--12:34:16-- Any advise for what I'm doing wrong? If it helps, my order window style is currently set to 'Stop Order'. Thanks!
