  1. Abiel....It's the one Andrew recommends. EZM Deluxe Hex Monitor Mount Stand It's rock solid. No issues at all with 6 monitors mounted to it. Steve R
  2. Here's my set up that I recently completed. I built the PC myself (first time) and I'm very happy with how it turned out. I was trading on a 6yr old Lenovo, Huge upgrade. I listed the stats below for the nerds who like that kind of stuff, lol. This build allows 6 monitors with a slot to add 3 more. I can also use the 2 usb ports to add monitors as well for a total of 11. Plenty of room to grow with this build. I should be good for the next decade. 5- 24" ASUS monitors surrounding a 32" LG in the middle. MSI Z370 Gaming Motherboard Intel i7-8700k Processor 1tb Samsung 850Pro SSD drive Corsair TX650M power supply Corsair Hydro H100i V2 Dual fan Radiator 2- MSI GeForce GT710 Video Cards 16gb of ram 3000MHz cased in a Corsair Graphite series 780T PC Case
  3. Here's a thought, The Vancouver BC group is meeting on the 19th. We could car pool, drive up there and crash their shin-dig. I have a Toyota Avalon Hybrid that could fit 4 comfortably, 5 if you want to squish in. I believe all we need is a birth cert and a state issued ID or DL to get in/out of Canada. Please correct if I'm wrong. If that won't work I'm good to meet at Horse Brass on the 20th.
  4. Sounds good.......Email me directly with any [email protected].. My son has a baseball tournament this weekend, so if we're one of the top 2 teams We'll play Sunday. I may need to reschedule but probably not, we're not very good, lol
  5. Duane, Sorry I just saw this. I love Horse Brass, Fish and Chips and their scotch egg. I could meet you this Sunday for a beer if you're available.
  6. Maybe us folks from the other Vancouver/PDX area will join you. You guys are only about a 5 hr drive up north.
  7. I'm across the river in Vancouver and would love to meet up. Pick the date, time, and Brewery and I'll be there, lol Steve
  8. Abiel...Good point, I hadn't thought of that. After more research, I found one that i could custom build that would support 3 monitors. It said to contact them if you want more than 3 but now the cost is getting way up there. I'll probably stick with a new desktop and when I become profitable, splurge for a traveling laptop.
  9. I need to upgrade my trading computer and after pricing them out, came up with an interesting thought. Does anyone use a laptop with a docking station to trade at home and then pull it out to trade on the road? This would save me some serious cash, but I'm not sure it's robust enough for day trading at home. Thoughts and experiences would be greatly appreciated.
