  1. I've just signed up with IB, and scared when I read your comments on how tedious it is to set up TWS. In DAS, Andrew gives us the default and hotkey files that he uses. Can I please ask the experienced users of TWS to post here or email me their TWS default and hotkey files? It would undoubtedly save me from many mistakes and lots of time. My email is [email protected]. Thank you for your help. Virginia
  2. Hi, has your experience with IB TWS improved? If you're still using it, can you post your IB setup file as you said? I've just signed up with IB and would like to see what TWS is like, before committing to the $150 DAS.
  3. I agree with you Lee. As a new lifetime member, I went to read all the posts you mentioned, hence my observation. Just watch that video lesson and you’ll see what I meant. The buttons on the montage are referred to as hot keys, including in the button config panel. That confused the heck out of this rookie
  4. 1) How do you set it to recognize das profile settings? 2) Once SD recognizes DAS, and I have hotkeys on my keyboard, how do I assign the buttons (shift+8, shift+9) to Stream Deck, or do I actually copy the commands over from DAS hotkeys to SD? Thx
  5. I think part of the confusion is that the "things" that Robert and Lee say should be called "hot buttons", Andrew calls them hotkeys, and the config panel has them as hotkey too (see "How to Create Hotkey Buttons" (both words together?) video.
