    • Got if figured out, reacquainted myself with command prompts. Also, the default installation location for ThinkorSwim in Windows 11 is c:/users/(username)/appdata/local/thinkorswim
    • 10/05/2024 - 4 Trades Good: Followed my trading plan to only look for LONG trades. Improvement: Entry for AAPL trade could be better (not too close to VWAP)
    • good luck if you need some inspiration or help to find what is wrong with your trading checkout this https://open.substack.com/pub/traderpeter/p/why-are-your-losing-days-bigger-than?r=1wujo4&utm_medium=ios or this https://open.substack.com/pub/traderpeter/p/ho-to-find-consistency-in-trading?r=1wujo4&utm_medium=ios
    • Hi all,  Hoping to use this platform to perfect my process rather focusing on the PnL. The idea is that I am forcing myself to post my trades here, I may start to develop the discipline to trade properly so as to post only "pretty pictures" as Thor calls it. Background: Nearly 5 years into trading (started Sep 2019), yet a consistent loser. Till date: ~$47,000 loss. Somehow I still have hope that I can make it lol Have been jumping from strategy to strategy. Everytime something does not work, I would read up more, watch more webinars to convince myself that "ok now I have sufficient knowledge" to be able to profit consistently. Same cycle repeats itself. Can't go back to SIM because I don't feel the pressure and I go crazy when real money is involved. Wants to join BBT bootcamp, but can't afford it at the moment. Hence using this platform to create some level of discipline instead. Trading CAM pivots with $20 risk per trade. Wish me luck! Claire
    • yes i talk to DAS developers and do some testing and proposals to them what you describe is easy to acomplish - you just set the variable one time before any trade to set your BP variable then calculate the 1/3rd from there anyway do not focus on the BP much as it can be misleading as you can have other margin requirements not allowing you to take the position. i do not see any logic in it. if you know your BP is 6 times your initial equity then just count the risk from 1/3rd of the initial equity as shown above regarding the other functionality i do not know i am not using shift or arrow keys to navigate and i am not going back to old syntax anyway
