Bear Bull Traders is actively looking for current members that are willing to communicate with prospective members. We are calling this our ‘BBT Ambassadors’ program. What this entails is if a prospective member reaches out to us to learn more about our community and its members in a more intimate way, the BBT Ambassador will be willing to speak with this person (via email). The goal is to have current members discuss what they love about the Bear Bull Traders community and our education program. Understandably, there is trepidation when signing up for trading education and we want to offer prospective members as much confidence in our community and education as possible.  

By becoming a BBT Ambassador, you will represent the Bear Bull Traders community and brand. We expect that you will be willing to speak with prospective members in a positive tone and encourage them to consider joining our community. This isn’t a high-pressure, boiler room type sales tactic – simply instilling confidence in prospective members. I am sure as when you were considering a community to join, you would’ve felt a bit more confident speaking directly with a member of that community to get some true, honest feedback about the community and the education program. 

As a thank you to those that are willing to become a BBT Ambassador, we will reward you with any item you wish from our TeeSpring store. On top of this, we will offer you 10% from the sale of the membership and 20% off for the prospective member. This will be valid on Lifetime and Annual memberships. So if you are able to convince a prospective member to come aboard, they will get 20% off and you will receive 10% of the sale. There will be restrictions on this, such as the prospective member must maintain their membership for at least 30 days, but we will work on these finer details once we see the interest in this program. 

This is a no-pressure program either – if you feel that you are no longer comfortable speaking with prospective members, then you can certainly remove yourself from the program. This is also going to be a pilot program initially to see how many of our community members are willing to speak with prospective members. As mentioned above, you will be exposing your personal email to prospective members (not publicly), so you must be comfortable with this. All conversations will be moderated by our support team so that in the event you feel you have done all you can or no longer wish to speak with the prospective member, our support staff can step in and take over.

We expect that you are an active member of the Bear Bull Traders community, you are in good standing and have a positive outlook on our community and the strategies we teach. When you reach out to us, we will take you into consideration and determine based on your activity in the community if you will be a good fit. Since this is a pilot program, we will be learning from this experience to see how it will benefit the Bear Bull Traders community and prospective members.

We are really excited that this will allow us to continue to grow our community and bring in more members in a more organic fashion.

I would love to become a BBT Ambassador!

I joined the BBT community after reading Andrew's first book in March of 2018. I signed up for a trial membership on April 26, 2018, and became a lifetime member soon after. I am in the chatroom every trading day and am usually one of the first two or three members to log on. (It's a friendly competition unofficially! lol). I do feel that I have a gift for communication, am comfortable meeting new people, and I would be willing to share my name and email with prospective members. I will be four weeks "live" trading next week after spending 6 months practicing with the DAS simulator. Although my p/l is not green, I am doing a pretty good job of following the rules, learning everyday, and seeing progress. The journey of a day trader is one that involves constant learning and strategy evolution to become consistent. The stock market is not static but rather ever-changing, and as day traders, we must adapt to these changes and design new strategies that focus on psychology and risk control. I am very fortunate to have found this community to start my day trading career. I understand that day trading is not a game, losing money is no joke, and there is a high percentage of failure in this business. And, like all business ventures, there is the risk of losing all of your investment. The key to success is proper preparation, continuing to learn, and sticking to your trading plan.

1.       How long have you been a member of the BBT community? - Since 04/18

 

2.       Are you active in the chatroom/forums? - Semi-active I would say. I am still running my business while trading the first 2 hours of the market so trying not to over-extend myself. Also, as a fairly new trader I am more inclined to keep my mouth shut and learn than to share too many opinions that I might discover later were ill-advised. 

 

3.       Do you feel confident in speaking with a stranger via email? - Of course!

 

4.       Are you willing to share your email and name with a prospective member? - No issue with that.

 

5.       Are you confident in your trading to answer potential questions about profitability and other questions from the prospective member? - I am. I was in sim for about 3 months before trying to go live last July/August. That didn't go well so I went back to sim and dabbled with live trading again sporadically in the fall, but I could tell I was still not ready and having some unhealthy reactions. Finally I went live January 7th (with small risk - why didn't I do that the first time!?) and after a bit of a rocky start again, I am now ahead of my projections, confident in my trading, and (most important) not reacting emotionally when unexpected things happen.

I've been a member or BBT community for almost a year now! 11 months to be exact.

I consider myself being active in the chatroom, I'm trying to keep up with the forums, but I won't say I'm active in the forums

I'm more than confident speaking with strangers via e-mail. Actually, I've been speaking with many since I joined the BBT community and that's for one main reason, when I joined the community I needed a lot of help, and I didn't have enough confidence and knowledge day trading, I got the best help I could ever dream about here, therefore; I was really happy helping other members with their day trading, hopefully they feel as grateful as I feel for everyone who helped me in my journey!

4.       Are you willing to share your email and name with a prospective member?

I do!

I'm more than confident in my trading, I believe I can answer any question regarding day trading. I've started my journey two years ago, I spent a few months reading articles, and watching videos regarding day trading, after that I finally started buying different strategy and psycology books, and of course Andrews book:How to Day trade for a living was my last book I bought before joining the chatroom, it helped me a lot, answered a lot of questions I had in my mind, after which I started watching his youtube channel for almost a month, during that month I watched every single video he uploaded to youtube, and finally I decided to join the chatroom, I did read much more books after joining the chatroom, and started trading in sim for around 8 months( till 08/01/2019), I'm trading live since then, to everyone who doesn't know, I'm doing 3 trades a week, just to focus on my psychology aspect, and although I'm limited to 3 trades a week, I can say I'm consistent!

2.       Are you active in the chatroom/forums? I am in the chatroom everyday starting at 5:30a-Closing Bell. I love William's recap Tuesday and Thursday. I learn so much from his trading style. He explains a set up in a very positive and clear way. 

 

3.       Do you feel confident in speaking with a stranger via email? I used to be in sales and I am very confident speaking to strangers on the phone or via email.

 

4.       Are you willing to share your email and name with a prospective member? I have no problem sharing my email. 

 

5.       Are you confident in your trading to answer potential questions about profitability and other questions from the prospective member? I am still a relatively new trader. I am confident and comfortable talking about profitability questions and others that may come up. If I am not sure about an answer I will defer to someone more seasoned.

I have been a member of this community since April 1, 2018, but I feel like I have been a part of it much longer.  I read Andrew's first book and that lead me to watch every one of his youtube recaps for 6 months before finally getting my trade station and joining the chatroom.

2.       Are you active in the chatroom/forums?

I used to be pretty active in the chatroom but I started only using it for the premarket show for a while to work on being an independent trader and thinker.  After achieving some consistency and gathering a greater understanding of my own trading style I have started to get more involved.  Recently I started doing trade recaps.  I am trying to get more involved in the forums.  To date, my only real contribution to them was in coordinating the first Austin, TX meetup a few weeks after joining BBT.

3.       Do you feel confident in speaking with a stranger via email?

I feel very confident speaking to strangers via email.

4.       Are you willing to share your email and name with a prospective member?

Yes, absolutely!

5.       Are you confident in your trading to answer potential questions about profitability and other questions from the prospective member?

Yes!  I wanted to be an Ambassador as soon as I saw this post but did not feel my trading consistency was where it needed to be.  After achieving a level of consistency over the past few months that I am proud of I am confident in my trading and happy to answer any questions for a prospective member.

 

I am very grateful for everything this community has done for me and finally feel I am in a place where I can give back.

If you need a newbe to give some insight on someone that has never traded before this (<1 month in SIM now) I wouldn't mind to help out.

I bought the first book from Amazon and read through it. I then started to follow the premarket show and watch my Think or Swim for a few days before joining on the 4th of July

I felt like I had a small amount of knowledge from just the one book (that I studied over and over) but when I joined in I did undersatand more than I thought. I have since been reading and rereading the Advanced book and along with the knowledge coming from this Chat and Classrooms I feel like I am on a fast track.

I am active in the Chat... I get to bed on most nights about 3am and wake up for premarket research at 7:30am. I do not get a lot of sleep but its enough for me (I also do a little meditation with my wife in the early afternoon with my wife which gives me a boost)

I am fine talking with someone through email if they want a perspective on a newbe coming in and sharing my email with them is not a problem.

I do feel confidant enough to talk with someone on what I have gone through up till now and feel like this Chat, Classes and Forums are the reason for my SIM success up till now.
