Relee 7 Posted January 23, 2018 As we all know, you're only as good as the stocks you trade! I usually get the stocks in play information from the chatroom the morning of. I would like to start doing some research the night before and would love some guidance and how to go about doing that in the most time efficient manner! Thanks guys. mrwaynetan 0 Posted January 23, 2018 Hi relee, IMO the stock in play has a high relative volume meaning the stocks traded higher than its average volume and also it gapped up a significant percentage. You can find them by the indentifying the gappers with good volume (more than 100k for me) premarket via http://thestockmarketwatch.com/markets/pre-market/today.aspx You can also scan for stocks during the night via finviz looking for thr same criteria (good volume and good range) and see if whether any follow through action the next morning.
