Chart theory- Anyone used tick charts?

Has anyone used tick charts and do you know if they can be set up through DAS? I would love to add them to my charting set-up but I cannot find an option in DAS for them.

Any ideas? If not DAS, any ideas where else I could get tick charts?

I don't use DAS, but the tick charts are candle charts, just instead of a time frame you set a number of transactions. Where in DAS do you set the time period for the chart? Check there if you can set-up for ticks instead of minutes or days, etc.

I tried to use tick charts but was not used to them and gave up being distracted by the activity. I had set mine to 200 transactions per candle. I am back using 1-min charts, but maybe I will give them another go at some point. One benefit for sure is the quick ability to recognize whether or not the trading is active, as Andrew says, good order flow.
