Update, took 2 more trades on FB (My fav) Total today $695.22 - 8.73 Ratio 85.7% strike rate. - Up $1466.97 for the week.

I somewhat understood Ali's question.  AAPL and FB did not (still don't) have any catalysts so far this week so they are less violate to trade for day traders.  Guess every trader has his/her own style.  Like today, I traded TWTR (+$254 trading 2,000 shares) in sim even it is not on the watch list.

You have to develop your own style. We all have our favourites. I trade MU a lot regardless so does Andrew. 

I traded FB again today and it gave me some change.

Green day, walked away with + $521.19 for the day - Up $2037.66 the week. 1.24 profitability ratio and 61.21% strike rate today.

Traded 6 symbols and 18 trades. Really tough day- Overtraded again, went into a hole and crawled back out. I have to call it quits when I was down $1k. 2 stops were blown as I was not looking at PL and both were Chases. Need to do better. Still working on it.

How I did per process guidelines today (RULES)

Rules for this week

  • Trade 2 - 5 trades - Did only 5 Symbols - Score 50%
  • Get out when you have Green or Respect Daily Limit- Done - Score 0%
  • Good setups with Good R:R - Score 80%
  • Use proper scaling to exit - 80%
  • Trade only 9:35 to 11:30 - Done - Score 100%
  • size appropriately - Yes, mostly..  - Score 100%

OVERALL SCORE TODAY: 68.00% (D+)

Green day, walked away with + $633.77 for the day - Up $2671.43 the week. 19.11 profitability ratio and 85.7% strike rate today.

Traded 3 symbols and 7 trades. Good day, although I left Money at the table (3 out of 7 trades) - Could get the same result with less trades if those worked - less stress and commissions. Walking away green stop trading.
All trades today are Valid.

Green day, walked away with + $766.25 for the day - Up $3437.68 the week. 3.74 profitability ratio and 71.4% strike rate today.

Traded 3 symbols and 14 trades. Played low float AWX a lot - not really my style, but this was high confidence play. I think the Low Floats are becoming profitable again.  Made $263.75 on mid and high floats which is decent by itself. Played smaller size today as to protect weekly profits. First week all days Green!

Mostly Valid Trades, very fe Chases. Overall Improvement.

Took some later day trades. Today was an excellent trading day and markets were generous. Ended up $1613.33 for the day. Will update trades later.

Great week, Ended up $4258.06 with a Profitability Ratio of 2.24 and a 69.6% winning strike rate. For the Month I am up $5575.36

Overall, big improvement from previous weeks. I am still chasing a few stocks but have considerably reduced it and I am getting better at scaling.

Ideal day is 2 - 3 trades with $500-750 profit and a Profit Ratio of 2.0+ and 70% Strike Rate. Getting there. 

I am going live in a few weeks, I think I am ready.

Green day, walked away with + $430.50 for the first day of the week. 1.32 profitability ratio and 60.00% strike rate today.  Mostly Low flat XBIO - Mid floats was -$5.00

Traded 6 symbols and 20 trades. Over traded - distracted by too many symbols again.
