Green day, walked away with $391.92 For the start of the week.

Limited to 4 Symbols, 9 trades, 8 positive, 1 loser - Profit Factor 157.77, strike rate 88.9%.

I only took 2 large trades, 1 low float Gap-N-Go at 1 minute open and another on MU ORBD. The others including low floats I should have gone bigger, kept sized at 250, too small...
Opportunity on MU to double, scale out too fast.

RED day, walked away with -$451.25, close to my max daily loss limit For the start of the week am in the Red -$59.33

Overtraded today, kept jumping in and scratching trades, did not give them time to run nor respect Stop Loss - JACKASS

Analyzing my trades today...

My issue is I am stuck between 2 strategies. I try and play the low floats as well as the mid floats. Both have different rules and Stop Losses. This is fine for an experienced trader, but the stage I am in I need to stick with one. I will stick with the mid=floats for this week and see where it goes. that being said:

1. I need to respect Stop Losses and give them space 
2. I need to let profits run and scale better
3. I need to pick correct sizing, can't be all over the place

Starting tomorrow and continuing rest of this week, I will stick to the basics...  again...

RED day, walked away with -$511.00, Reached max loss - Down 574.75 for the week.

0.68 factor with 53.6% accuracy, not good. I let the Individual loss on TWTR exceed the $200 loss limit...

Analysis today

This week has been bad, so I did a detailed review of all my trades. Today could have been better day had I respected Max loss limit on TWTR. 

I also had bad scaling management on 2 trades one for MU and one for TWTR. 

Had I not made the above mistakes, I would be net positive today.

I am totally relying on luck and strike rate, I need to bring up my profitability Ratio to 2+ otherwise this is still gambling and based on pure luck.

Lesson learned....

NOTE EDIT LATER: All my trade entries were either A+ or A, it was trade Management that caused the issue, respect stops and scale properly, there-in lies my problem....

Late day update, made 2 more trades, both were entered before 10:30 am so they count... Caught a very nice trend trade on MU for $890 profit and a $100 small pop on TWTR. 

Both were accident, but I will count them as I also count accidents that damage my P/L.

I am now up $479 on the day, and up $415.25 for the week

Todays Profit ratio is now at 1.23 with a 56.7% win rate. Shows what One Good Trade Can do to a day...

Nice trade on MU for the green. Today was a difficult day to trade. Perfect set ups would form, then behave the complete opposite as expected.

Curious, why don't you tag your strategies for each trade? I use TraderVue as well, and found tagging strategies very useful.

Yeah. Strange week rather. You are right. I tag opening ranges and bull flags but will do others as well. I write up detailed notes but would be good to run stats.

Green day, walked away with$408.00, For the week I am up $823.25 - 1.46 Ratio with 57.1% strike rate.

I took a bad spill on AVGO right out the start but recovered with a follow up trade. This was a big NO NO, as it again exceeded by per stock and daily loss limit. I only survived cause this was a SIMM trade.

Green day, walked away with$80.00, For the week I am up $938.25 - 1.32 Ratio with 58% strike rate, 2% Scratches.

Not happy, left serious money on the table with both WFC and especially Bili. What could have been an $800 dollar day turned to a mediocre $80 day.

2. Ran over stops several times
3. Exited too soon, at least left $4-5k on the table...
4. Fixing 2 & 3 will fix strike rate and ratio, need to get close to 70% and 2.0+
5. Good sizing

GREEN day, walked away with $365.50

2.68 Factor with 70% Strike Rate - Really good. Not happy though. I am still struggling with exits. My entries and sizing are good, but I am not honoring stops (Scratching too early) and not letting profits run. I need Help.

Fundamentals Today

I choose Bank America although it was not on our list today..., the reason was that it reported higher than expected earnings. The other factor was that Banks had taken a beating yesterday despite some reporting good earnings, so it was time for a rebound.

I also chose MU as it is stable in trends and always gives me something.
