Comparing Trading terminal scanner to trade ideas?

Just wanted to see if anyone had any experience using both and can compare,

 

is trading terminal scanner realtime and not delayed?

is there any benefit of paying for trade idea scanner? (I hate the window placement)

any cons of just using the trading terminal scanner?

is the trade idea ~$200/mo subscription with it?
