A new journey

SuddenlyLostIn

Hello everyone,
less then a month ago, after 20+ years as software engineer, I decided to start this new journey as day trader (as side hustle for now, still working full time in IT) .
I've bought "How to Day Trade for a Living" which totally blew my mind.  Then I've started to consume every piece of content I could find on the web, but I soon realised that this is not something you can learn by yourself (as Andrew mention many time in the book):  you need a community.  And here I am, happy with my decision of investing on myself.

Said that, I need some guidance on something... the strategies pick. Let me explain better 🙂
in Lesson 2: Identifying a Strategy to Trade, Mike talks about finding the strategy that you are good at, not the one you like... but how do I understand that? Should I try all of the top most and see how it goes?

My understanding is that people split in 2 groups: who trades mostly at the open and who trades after.
Should I just try both of the styles with the relative strategies and see how it goes? If yes, which one you suggest to start?

Also, can you confirm that I understood correctly: once you find your strategies you stick with those ones?

Thanks and sorry for the long message
