Camarilla Pivots on DAS Pro charts

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

I'm seeking an explanation for the occurrence of the same CAM pivot level appearing twice on a chart, as shown below.

Does this indicate levels for both today and yesterday?

Additionally, could you please provide guidance on how to configure this?

Thank you very much.

If that's a screen shot from Thor's setup, one is usually with pre-market data and one set without.

Hi Bryan W,

Thank you for your response. Yes, it's from Thor's setup. I'm currently using the Das Pro Demo. If I set both with and without pre-market data, would there be any issue where I might not see a difference? I've noticed both appear the same to me.

Thanks again for your insights.

It can depend a lot on the stock and the day. Sometimes they're almost exactly the same. It can vary somewhat depending on how much pre-market activity there was. The big difference would be between Camarilla and standard pivots. He sort of switches around to see which set is being respected that day. By that I mean, what's acting strongly as support or resistance for a turnaround in price movement.
