Hot Key Issue

Dear All 

I have a buying power of 100K and I shorted PLTR 5000 shares at 19.27 and I was trying to cover using the hot key below but it was rejected saying not enough buying power. Can someone guide me what is the issue. 

• ROUTE=SMRTL;Price=Ask+0.10;Share=Pos*.25;TIF=DAY+;BUY=Send

I tried using the Thor Hot Key but it remain the same
