Market Range Order

HI BBT, I am currently using a 2:1 Range 

Short - CXL ALLSYMB;ROUTE=STOP;StopType=Range;HighPrice=Price;LowPrice=Price-AvgCost*2; LowPrice=AvgCost-LowPrice;Share=Pos;TIF=DAY+;Buy=Send

Long -  CXL ALLSYMB;ROUTE=STOP;StopType=Range;LowPrice=Price;HighPrice=AvgCost-Price*2+AvgCost;Share=Pos;TIF=DAY

I am sometimes getting partial fills & was wondering if anyone has or uses a Market Range? With a partial fill if I'm not around the only way out is DAS risk controls I'd like to avoid this if possible? With a partial fill it takes out my range leaving me exposed carrying the remaining shares.
