how to connect three monitors to macbook air?

I have recently joined bbt team and I need some assistance. I have a macbook air and three monitors I have connected them but I can't do separate things on them they are all connected to a doing a single activity. All three of them show the same screen. Is it the docking station or something else? how do I get to do separate things on each one?

I can extend the desktop but all three things show one thing, what shall I do to get three different screens? perhaps it is the docking station that I am using. I am currently using a docking station that I bought from amazon it is called Kapok.
