VWAP Anchor

Hi guys! I've been using webull for a while now, and I just switched over to DAS, and I'm not sure if the VWAP anchor should be set to 0 or 14. Could anyone help me out?

I use 14 as vwap tends to be a lag style , setting up a base line as day progresses.
