Cost Per Ticket? CMEG Broker

Hey Guys, 

I was looking into CMEG and reading through their website because I am thinking of starting and account with them since I do not meet PDT yet.  While looking through the pricing portion it said for an active account it was  $2.95 Per Ticket under commission.  I got a little confused on that, does that mean if I enter a trade it is $2.95 and then Exit the Trade another $2.95? Or the whole trade itself entering and exiting a position is $2.95? 

If it is every time you enter a trade its a $2.95 and exit $2.95, would it be the same for taking partials?( Enter trade= Fee) (Partial 1 = Fee) ( Partial 2= Fee) 

Changing over to IB once account is safely over PDT.
