Suspended Stock from Years Ago

So I do not know if this is the right place to ask this question but it is better than nothing I guess. So when I was new to investing and trading I learned a lot from failing in trading in the OTC markets. I ended up losing a lot of money but the lessons I learned helped develop me into a better trader. Anyways, one of my stocks I held was LAHO and it seems that after years of BS they are going to end up paying out cash for investors who were holding when the stock got suspended. Anyways this was years ago and since then the ticker has dropped off my portfolio and is no longer part of my holdings. 

My question is will I still receive my share of the payout because I was a stock holder at the time of suspension, or since it no longer is part of my portfolio am I out of luck?  There should be records that shows I was holding at the time of suspension I would assume but I have never read or found info on this situation. 

If anyone has any thoughts on this I would appreciate it.

It was removed for being a worthless security like a year ago.
