How to change DAS subscription to stop paying for replay mode

When I signed up for the monthly DAS subscription through BBT's website, I decided that I would take the replay mode as well.  In the first 6 months of having DAS, I think I have used the replay feature twice as I just don't get the help I was anticipating.  Now I am trying to cancel the additional $15 per month, but I cannot find the means to do so.  Does anyone have an email address at DAS whom I could contact to resolve this, or is there somewhere in the system or their website where you can make such changes?
