Hotkey issue

I’ve been having some issues with my hotbuttons for a few days now, when I try to place a order DAS doesn’t read my order (when shorting), it’s neither rejected nor pending nothing happens, tried changing the data stream mode and exiting the platform and it doesn’t help only after I take a long position the short hotbutton starts to work, any suggestions?

It would help to provide a recording or screenshots of the error messages you are experiencing.

I would put your hotkey script for shorting below as well as a recording of the error taking place.

It would facilitate much better troubleshooting.

 

If you want to fix it all at once you could download someone else's layout that is currently working.
