Lookin' for a list of mid float stocks (50,000 - 500,000) with decent spreads that are often "in play"

I tried to use finviz but I need an upgraded membership for what I want to get. Here's a list that I have now if anyone is interested, I'd like to add to it.  I  check the ones intra day that are trading with a high rvol.

Check this nasdaq screener, you can get a csv file and import it to DAS Trader watchlist(s), just be mindful of DAS max limit of 1K tickers. Then every morning sort by gap ($ and %) and volume to find what is in play.
