It’s time to have a chat room for everyone of our moderator

I am a lifetime member and I have learned a lot thanks to Andrew and all the elite moderators we are blessed to have. I have one recommendation for the benefit of the whole community, as our community grows, it becomes a pool to a wide range of different personalities and trading style. I’d love to see different trading room for every one of our moderator since they have excelled on their trading career. Especially the opening and the morning session, I’d love to see a video chat room led by Thor, and another one led by Aiman, and one by Norm, and one by Peter. I believe everyone of these elite traders represent a pool of personalities and trading style within our community.

I will disagree and say that I think it's better to have everyone in a single room - it's nice to be able to see the different trading styles of different mods. As a trader, everyone needs to develop their own style. As such, I learn a little bit something different from each mod, and if every one of them had their separate room then you'd be essentially picking a room and you'd miss out on learning opportunities from the other mods.

However, it would be nice to have some more mods on the microphone in the morning other than Andrew and Brian - during the open I typically not visually watching the room, but I am listening to the audio in the background. Being able to hear a few of the other mods will also give insight to their thoughts and strategies during the open.

I have been thinking along the same lines. Every trader's strengths, personality and skill level are different and I'm hoping that BBT will be able to launch something along these lines soon. It would multiply the value that BBT has to offer, in my opinion...

More does not necessarily mean better. I would not want to see any one person lead their own chatroom all day or even for a few hours. It would exhaust that person and can cause overtrading. The heightened required focus of trading for say 1 hour is similar to working 4 hours at a conventional job in my opinion. It's draining.

I like the current structure of how the mods have broken out the time slots. Andrew/Brian have mainly traded the open, Norm and Thor continuing trading later in the day using different strategies, Aiman, John, and Jarad jump in as well, with Peter and Mike towards the end of the day with Dr.Katz calming our psyche. However there may be value in seeing how each individual handles trading near the open, and perhaps could have a 'mod lead day' for that now and then.
